Cantaloup

A breakfast staple nation wide. Will have aroma when ripe.

Casaba

Sweet flavor. Rind will be ridged and golden yellow when rip.

Cranshaw

Strong, spicy flavor. When ripe the netless rind will be softer at the large end.

Galia

Our latest melon variety. Proving to be very popular with consumers.

Honeydew

Sweet green flesh. When ripe the rind turns creamy yellow and gives off a fragrant aroma.

 Juan Canary

Bright yellow skin. Sweet flavor. Will be firm when ripe.

 Orange Flesh

Sweet orange flesh variety of honeydew. When ripe the rind turns from white to light pink.

Persian

Delicate flavor. Rind will have light green to reddish-brown netting when ripe.

Santa Claus

Similar flavor to honeydew. Rind yiels slightly to pressure when ripe.
